BlessUP Be Passionate  Wednesday, business soul friends!

Being passionate requires dedication, hard work, focus, and the willingness to try and fail until you get the work right and become the best there is in your field. If you’re ready to put in the work required, then passion brings excitement, joy, and a sense of true purpose to your life.

If you are passionate, you know what you truly want and would be willing to work hard to achieve your desired outcome even if the journey means making more than a few sacrifices along the way. You must be determined to do and endure everything to continue to gain knowledge knowing that there is always more to learn. 

Don’t feel like you’ve completely wasted your time just because you failed. Every failure is worth it if you learned something from it that could help you go farther the next time around. No experience should be discounted, each one sharpens your strength and resilience. Each time you fail will be a stepping stone for you to be a better version of yourself so as long as you do not give up.

Remember that your job is never done. There is always more to read, more to learn, and more to do. If you feel like you really know everything there is to know about your field, then you risk getting complacent. Be an explorer and allow yourself to accept new things and new learnings.

Not only that, she was a licensed caregiver and planned to work abroad, however, it didn’t work out due to financial problems. Because of this, she decided to enter the world of the BPO Industry. She has more than 10 years of experience as a customer service representative, in both inbound and outbound departments. Currently, she works as a Technical Production Manager in referral marketing, which is Naxum. Most of her free time is spent watching Korean romantic comedy dramas. She's a hopeless romantic person. She is a fan of the Korean boy band BTS and the girl band Blackpink. Their songs are amazing and inspiring, you just need to read the translated lyrics, though. She loves singing and most of the time she watches music videos on YouTube. This is how she does to release her stress every time she is feeling down.
