We are all gifted with the intelligence and wisdom to create and lead our life the way we want it to be. However, there are moments when we lack confidence in our ability to make our own decisions that we rely on and depend on what others instruct us to do.
Choosing to be a follower is no different from being a cog in the machine. Standing by, waiting for instructions. With this mindset, we are limiting ourselves to what we can achieve and become. You can listen and take advice from other people on how you can improve your life but remember that you are still the architect of your own path.
To thrive in our seats, we must let go of the follower mentality and embrace a student mindset where you make decisions based on your understanding and conclusion.
