Integrity is defined as the act of behaving honorably. It’s the act of choosing to do the right thing even when no one is looking, and even when the choice is not easy. It’s about staying true to your word. An integration of one’s words with one’s actions to strive for excellence. It’s built not by the words we speak or the promises we make, but by the RESULTS we produce.

A person with integrity takes responsibility for their actions. Having a high degree of integrity at work means that you are trustworthy and reliable. You choose to show up and you do what you say you’ll do, not because someone is making you, but because you believe in doing what’s right and important.

Working remotely means we don’t always see what everyone’s doing. Being honest and doing the right thing is super important. So, we have a process that helps us stay true to our values and do our best work.
