BlessUP “New Beginning” Monday, business soul friends!

Every morning, as we wake up to a new day, we can shape our present and future. As we embark on the year 2024, we may not forget that a New beginning doesn’t require a new year, but it is a daily opportunity to reflect on what did not go well, what you have learned, and what ACTions you will start doing to ensure you are doing better every day. 

Let’s make it a daily goal to WIN our tasks with quality on time, no matter what it takes. Make it a goal to unlearn excuses so you can deliver real results. If you were hesitant to lean in, please do it now if you need more consistency in our processes or people. Please know that learning is not a one-way directive but vice versa. Your feedback matters as we are continuously working for excellence and innovation. 

Every day you wake up is a blessing. And you should never take that blessing for granted. You are blessed to get the opportunity of life. Make the most of it.

Phoebe graduated from the University of San Jose - Recoletos (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her job experiences both in HR and BPO industry have prepared her to become one of the best fits for the Client Champ position as her job entry to NaXum. She worked as the bridge of communication between the clients and NaXum's team. While doing great in her seat as a Client Champ, she accepted the Promotion from Within opportunity. She is the first HR Champ of NaXum and served as the VP of HR's assistant in managing people and recruitment. As the company is at rapid growth, she took over the VP of HR & Finance seat when the previous VP has been promoted to a higher level seat. She took the leap of faith in jumping to the leadership team with her personal kaizen learnings. Phoebe is responsible for managing people, ensuring that NaXum has the right people who are aligned with the company's culture and has the right skill set.
