Always remember, your MIND controls EVERYTHING. Since your brain is naturally created to PROTECT you, it can confuse you. When you are chasing 10x success, your mind can be a paradox. For you to understand, control your mind, and in return—CONTROL your LIFE—you must recognize and ACT on the 40% Rule.

The 40% rule can apply to ALL areas of your life. Every single day I challenge myself past that 40%. I write down ONE thing I can do each day that will stretch my governor of limitation and push my mind and body past a personal constraint.
Pick one thing that is out of your comfort zone, and in the next 24 hours, 5.4.3.2.1… GOOOO do it.
For example… add 5 lbs of extra weight to the machine. Do one more set. One more rep. 5 more pull-ups or push-ups. Run one more mile. Do one more task on your to-do list. Spend an extra 30 minutes with a family member or a friend you care about. Spend an extra 30 minutes after wrapping up your tasks to address challenges and ensure commitments are fulfilled. Just whatever you do, find something that pushes you to step out of your comfort zone and go past your 40%. Pick one thing that is out of your comfort zone, and in the next 24 hours, just 5.4.3.21. GO do it.
Bottom line, everything you want is where you least want to go. And that uncomfortable place is past the 40%. Beyond your 40% is where the extra mile and true potential are discovered! In fact, all success is past your personal 40%. Excitingly so, you can start right now. Ignore your mind already telling you to just boost on bye.
