B R E A T H E. Honor your breath. Right now team, take a deep breath with me. Breath in through your nose. Fill up and release out of your mouth. Do it again, just a little deeper. Breath in through your nose. Fill up… A L L the way to the top. Hold it for a few and release, let your breath flow out of you. Be in the NOW, as you ARE, always with your breath.
Right now, you can manually control your breath if you like (breath in and breath out), yet you can’t stop it. One way or the other, your breath is lit up by the omnipotence of the divine. And you can embrace it and bless it. Which you should, every day. With gratitude. Meditate. Recognize it. Say Hello to your breath. Feel the life that resonates with your very existence. As you and your very life survive from the magic breath of the sacred. Indeed, if you are breathing, you are alive.
This fact of breath and life was never so evident to me than 11 years ago today. June 10, 2010, I was sitting right next to my beautiful Mom as she took her last breath. Even now, I got chills as I typed those words. Up close and too personal, I witnessed the creative power of the breath. Like a vapor, here today, gone tomorrow. So was my Mom. Yet she is still with me, every breath I take. To remind me to breathe and never take for granted my omnipotent vapor of life.
I wrote the following words a year ago, and shared with you, along with a special song. I want to share again, to remind you to make every second count. Never take for granted your divine breath of life. Honor it. Recognize it. Treasure it. Meditate with it and always share your bless up greatness to help others see clearly. For one day, you will take your last breath.
Help me see clearly. Help me believe in me. Help me see things I have never seen before. Help me find the greatness within me and I will never forget you. I will do amazing things. I will share my greatness. I will help others see clearly. I will help others find the greatness within them. I will make the world a better place. I will BlessUP others. 🙏
