We’ve always wanted to make the most of our days. So day in and day out, we have been learning to discipline ourselves in order to conquer our day by creating good habits and becoming consistent with them.

To accomplish our goals and desires, we need to show up every day to do what needs to be done. We need to remind ourselves that in order for us to reach our full potential, we have to show discipline and effort and take responsibility.

As a blessed right person who belongs to the NaXum Team, we must produce complete, accurate, and 10x results by delivering what our clients expect us to do and the due dates we say YES to as we start our individual tasks.

Let’s strive to become better than we are with a 10x commitment to deliver WOW.

Mark is a graduate of Ateneo de Davao University with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He began his career working as a freelance developer for a stock feed company with his classmates in college. He then worked for a company that provides products and services for home health and hospice for almost 4 years as a migration coordinator. His tasks involve fixing data anomalies, creating SQL scripts, migrating data, and maintaining databases using MS SQL Server. In 2018, Mark joined NaXum and is now part of the Commission team. This is where he learned how Referral Marketing works, especially on the commission side. He continues to live by the company's core values and culture by delivering real results to clients. And constantly reminding himself of the company's WHY.
