BlessUP Embrace Discomfort Tuesday, business soul friends!

Crossing the mental boundary of comfort to explore the discomfort is the primary way by which we grow. It’s when you finally stop running from your fears and instead, act in the face of your fears. Sometimes, our brain wants us to believe that by putting ourselves out there, we are exposing ourselves to failure. When in fact, it’s the other way around. The more we hide in our bubble, the riskier it is. Being caged by your own fears is a terrible place to be.

By challenging ourselves to step out of our comfort zone and embrace difficulty, we are allowing ourselves to grow and be better individuals. If we only do the things that we’re comfortable doing, then there’s no growth. We end up losing great opportunities that could have been ours if we had taken the risk of jumping out of our comfort zone.

Get up and leave your comfort zone…
