If all the people on the team have reached the breaking point, then the whole place is sure to blow. We must be the voice of reason and learn to control what we can control. Our team has to stay focused and steady to solve any challenges and win. When we have the courage and faith in the face of harsh pressure, we develop the ability to set the right priorities, choose the best decision, and take the right actions. Ultimately, we become bearers of light providing stability and trust within our clients and their business.
