BlessUP Missionary or Mercenary Monday, business soul friends!
Kaizen Thought: Missionary or Mercenary?
The success of our company is rooted in our experience and the real challenges we’ve navigated to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Our approach is fueled by a winning mindset, reflecting our company’s culture through our purpose, guiding star, and fundamental values. Put simply, if our main goal is solely making money without considering our client’s needs, we become profit-driven. However, if our motivation is driven by a passion for things like sustainability or serving our clients, we become mission-driven. Our aim is excellence, ensuring both NaXum and our clients succeed.
In our journey, we face small challenges and big ones too. Reaching our monthly goals is a journey of continuous learning if we’re in it for the long run. To succeed, we need to be passionate and clear about our purpose. When problems come up, we should think smart and focus on giving our clients the best through our products and services. Overcoming these challenges needs new ideas, taking responsibility, being enthusiastic, and leaders being involved.
You have to watch and listen to the Linchpin words in the video below:
The purpose never leaves us because the very purpose is you.
Be someone who does more than anyone thinks possible with less than anyone thinks possible. Choose to always be uncomfortable by being comfortable. Exude an attitude of taking ownership and always striving to do more and be more. We must be different from and more progressive than all other software provider companies; we stand for something. We need teams of missionaries, not teams of mercenaries. We need to be engaged, and motivated, have a deep understanding of the business context, and have tangible empathy for the client’s business as well.
Let’s double our action and go all the way this week!
Until I SEE YOU again,
We need to perform at the highest level.
Strive for excellence.
Show up and win all the way.
BlessUP🙏
