You cannot give what you do not have.

In line with the mission to uplift and inspire others, it is essential to improve oneself first.

By applying a mindset of accountability and ownership, we can start by raising our own bar. Setting the bar higher is about pushing ourselves beyond our current limits, aiming to deliver real results in a real-time manner, and continually striving for improvement. 

For example, consider repetitive off-track deliverables. Analyze what could have been done better to increase efficiency and effectiveness in future tasks.

There is no limit to how high any bar can be set. And we all can adjust the bar to higher level, reach after reach. There is no setting low standards. The only way is UP! ⏫. It’s challenging but rewarding.

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little bit of “EXTRA”
