Risky Business. Top Gun.
Two famous movies, one famous ‘cleaner’ actor who was not afraid to improvise, and a risky way of life for those who want more. Sometimes you just gotta cut loose, that is if you truly want MORE. Otherwise, if you want to remain poor, then never take any risks. Play it safe. Surely never take that leap or step out of your comfort zone… and miss out on what could have been. Regret sux. Don’t go there. Remember:
“We all must suffer one of two pains, the pain of discipline, or the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces, while regret weighs tons.” Jim Rohn
Yet, you don’t have to be reckless or with regret. You don’t even have to dance in your underwear for the whole world to see.😎 But you DO have to step out of your comfort zone. You can be in control while out of YOUR own control. Out of your place of safety, your easement. Your comfy place where nothing magical happens. So if you truly want more, you must advance forward uncomfortably in the direction of your dreams. Stagnation will never be the answer. Neither is security. Risky expansion is always the best way to act. But don’t take it from me or Sir Tom, let Sir Jim help you out as he is right, it’s ALL RISKY BUSINESS!
Live or LIVE! The Language of the Poor.
“Don’t ask for security, ask for adventure. Better to live 30 years full of adventure than 100 years safe in the corner. And see it’s not important HOW long you live, what’s important is HOW you live.“
Right on Sir Jim. You always had a way with words. I am so glad you risked it, as if not, we would not have your eternal words of wisdom to remind us to do what we fear most!
