Complaining will only change any situation if we start working to make progress. Do not get into the trap of complaining, as it will affect your well-being and productivity. It also lowers morale and affects your cognitive ability to take action in finding solutions to slay your tasks to meet the deadlines.

We’re all striving to excel and contribute meaningfully. While we can’t control every task, we hold our responses. Keeping a clear mind is vital; it prevents distractions and boosts productivity. Redirect negative thoughts towards positive actions. Steering your focus towards goals helps you achieve more in less time. Don’t let your mind control you; take charge before diving into tasks.

Phoebe graduated from the University of San Jose - Recoletos (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her job experiences both in HR and BPO industry have prepared her to become one of the best fits for the Client Champ position as her job entry to NaXum. She took the leap of faith in jumping to the leadership team with her personal kaizen learnings.
