When was the last time you received a Reminder, Warning, or Strike?

How did you deal with it?

Our special Tough Love Culture (TLC) at Naxum enables us to suffer in order to build the resilience we need to overcome obstacles and setbacks. We may recognize our vulnerabilities using the Reminder, Warning, Strike system, and with the help of Kaizen and Self-Awareness, we can change harmful habits and stop failures from happening in the future.

As Sir Jordan Peterson says:

“Experience is the best teacher, and the worst experiences teach the best lessons.”

We can get valuable knowledge from our mistakes that will help us become better people. Putting these realizations into practice will lead to personal development.

It is anticipated that the Tough Love Culture would produce better teammates and RWS will weed out the bad actors from the Kaizen-serious individuals.
