Note that each of us has goals in our lives and the process of achieving them is uncomfortable for us to be the better version of ourselves. We need to endure the pain and stretch, grow and dig into new skills for us to do more and be more.
As software makers/providers, when we do our artwork, we should focus on organizing the creative world, supporting creativity, providing tools for clients to express themselves, and empowering people by growing their confidence through our tech platform. It means we are allowing people to think outside the box and go against the established norm at times.
Change is inevitable in the business world, and creative solutions are vital to adapting to it. For our business to win, we need to appeal to our client’s core audience in the marketing referral space. We need to be creative, different, and unique. In other words, we need to communicate the big picture and think creatively and come up with new ideas. We will win some and we will lose some. But all these experiences will be a valuable part of growing as a person and as a business. We simply need to encourage one another and enable collaboration. By making a conscious effort to collaborate, our teams increase their capacity and capability to solve challenging problems, learn from diverse perspectives, and have more fun in the process; which in turn, breeds new skills that involve both analysis and creative imagination.
When teams work together in pursuit of a common goal, innovation flourishes. To achieve this, we need to ensure everyone has a voice and get people to step outside their comfort zones. We need to think big, work hard, and build something better than it was yesterday by accumulating bigger and better ideas. Know that a creative mindset is not problem-focused, it’s solution-focused and action-oriented.
