At NaXum, one of our North Stars is to fund and launch two new platforms every month. There’s something truly motivating and inspiring about such a goal. It’s an aspiration that clearly speaks to the larger mission of transforming business souls around the world with innovative solutions and life-changing opportunities.
Oprah shares in her brilliant words of wisdom that the,“real truth is that service and significance… service and the significance that you bring to your service is that which is lasting.”
When you make a choice to serve in your seat, you bring significance to it, and in turn, success will follow! I’m absolutely confident that with that attitude, you can achieve great things with your gifts. It encourages us all to strive higher and be unstoppable in our ongoing pursuit of growth and to align ourselves with the right group of people.
Every day brings unique opportunities that challenge me to stay motivated and focused on achieving my goals no matter what comes my way.
We all strive to be better through the mindset of improvement – embracing change through the willingness to learn and apply what we learn on a daily basis. Otherwise, we will find ourselves stuck in a rigid state of fear – unable to progress or make any real progress.
The way forward is for each of us to not only strive towards becoming the best versions of ourselves in our seats but also to push beyond our comfort zones, transforming our efforts into a powerful collective force that seeks growth in all its forms every day. Together and separately, we are unstoppable! Let’s manage our environment by going first class in everything we do, help contribute every day, and let our ARTwork shine forth unapologetically!
