Most of our tasks are highly cognitive in nature. Deep uninterrupted concentration is often needed to deliver spectacular artwork. Whether you are writing a user story, writing back to a client, doing quality testing, investigating a challenge, designing, or coding, we could all benefit from exercising deep work. The more intense your focus is, the better the quality of your output will be.
