BlessUP BATO your health Thursday, business soul friends!
All of us here at NaXum agreed the moment we applied and boarded the team that we are aligned with the company culture and core values, one of which being BATO or Be Accountable and Take Ownership. Our BATO culture is not only referring to us honoring our commitments and owning our mistakes and doing 10x Kaizen.
BATO also requires us to SHOW UP every day and deliver what is expected from us. Apart from skills (get it) and attitude (want it), part of the expectations we must win is having the physical, mental, and emotional CAPACITY to serve our seats a.k.a: Health!
You see, our health is like car fuel that can lead us to move forward to our 10x goals both personally and at work. Can you imagine what it looks like for your family, especially for your kids having sickly parents? The same goes at work having teammates who are frequently not present to provide support because of health issues.
When we fail to be accountable for our own mind and body, we set ourselves up to fail. We will have a hard time showing up and delivering WOW to the team and to our clients. We lose the initiative to go the extra mile and not owning our health is not who we want our team to be here at NaXum.
Please watch the attached media from Dolores Cannon which talks about 10x truth about our health.
You are not supposed to be sick.
You make yourself sick.
Find out WHY? Why did you do this to yourself?
Health is a personal monkey each of us must take ownership of so we can show up and win. If we truly are RIGHT People, we will see to it that we are in our best form so we are in full control of our bodies, not the other way around. We will make sure we have a say on what we can and can’t do, not letting our bodies dictate our potential instead.

Until I SEE YOU again,
No EXCUSES!
BATO your health.
Show UP and Deliver!
