Innovation is our duty by sharing and bringing our ideas to life and learning from our failures. It is vital to deliver results and seamless work.
If we take a look at the telecom giant “Nokia,” it was one of the greatest companies in telecommunication for decades and the largest cell phone maker in the early 2000s. However, Nokia’s management and team failed to adapt to the smartphone era and ultimately lost their lead in the market. They were not Adventurous nor open-minded. They believed people wouldn’t accept touchscreen phones and so they stuck with QWERTY keypad phones. This misapprehension was the start of the brand’s downfall.
The main reasons for Nokia’s failure are they didn’t deliver WOW to their clients by not switching their old mobile phones to smart ones. Moreover, the lack of innovation by not being adventurous and open-minded about market trends, and also not upgrading the software, and overestimating the brand value.
