We must make it a point to provide feedback and share expectations concisely, whether it’s writing documents, responding to queries, or any other task. Our thoughts must be communicated in a manner that is simple, clear, and concise. It doesn’t matter how well you feel you have presented the information. If the other team member doesn’t get it, then it means you have failed.
