The importance of having the right perspective in life cannot be overstated. Our perspective shapes how we interpret and respond to the events and circumstances around us, ultimately influencing our emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. How we perceive things results in the intensity of stress and exhaustion when facing life’s challenges.

A positive mindset creates a positive outcome!

Indeed, challenges and setbacks are opportunities for growth and learning. These are signals manifesting that something is wrong and has to change! That is why it is important that when receiving feedbacks or encountering mistakes, being defensive is the least we should do; instead, take ownership. It is our opportunity to dig deeper from withIN (Not OUTside) ourselves to see what we missed to consider or what could have been done better. It will foster growth opportunities, and this opportunity enables us to unlock our full potential to greatness and expand our business souls! 🙏

Phoebe graduated from the University of San Jose - Recoletos (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her job experiences both in HR and BPO industry have prepared her to become one of the best fits for the Client Champ position as her job entry to NaXum. She worked as the bridge of communication between the clients and NaXum's team. While doing great in her seat as a Client Champ, she accepted the Promotion from Within opportunity. She is the first HR Champ of NaXum and served as the VP of HR's assistant in managing people and recruitment. As the company is at rapid growth, she took over the VP of HR & Finance seat when the previous VP has been promoted to a higher level seat. She took the leap of faith in jumping to the leadership team with her personal kaizen learnings. Phoebe is responsible for managing people, ensuring that NaXum has the right people who are aligned with the company's culture and has the right skill set.
