Empathy, which literally translates as “in feeling,” is the ability to share another being’s emotions and feelings. It’s about being aware of how others feel and taking the time to see the situation from their perspective.
In serving our WHY, it’s essential that we all develop such connections with our clients. This will not only allow us to get a better understanding of their needs and intentions.
The best way to serve our clients is by showing them that we really care. We can do that by understanding their pain, listening to their concerns, honoring our commitments, and providing a platform that serves their business needs.
Our individual actions (bad or good) send a ripple effect on the lives of the people we serve. It’s like dropping a stone in the pond, the ripples move outward.
