BlessUP BHAG  Tuesday, business soul friends!

NaXum’s culture is not for the faint of heart. By design, it is not for everyone. In this magical journey, we require audacious people who are willing to take extreme ownership and do whatever it takes to make our audacious goal come true!

To be part of our Circle of Safety, you must be an audacious person who holds yourself accountable for choosing and doing extreme things outside of your comfort zones. You must be passionate and competent in your seat. You never play the victim. Rather, you always find the real root cause and solutions to constantly improve to ensure you never ever repeat the same mistake twice.

Choosing to be part of this journey means crossing the mental boundary of comfort to explore the discomfort. So I must warn you, this may invoke feelings of fear and doubt as the journey ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. The path to success is not gonna get easy. It will lure you to hold back, to settle, and to give up on your Big Hairy Audacious Dreams.

So how do we stay on track of this journey? Sir Simon Sinek has some advice for you.
