BlessUP Passionate Monday, business soul friends!
Kaizen Thought: Do Things With Passion
The Wim Hof Method teaches us that if we want to be uncommon, we must be passionate and get uncomfortable daily because magic is only found outside of our comfort zones. By being passionate, we develop the courage to go places we have never gone before and discover what’s next for us. In return, we achieve more and create a bigger difference.
Being excited about Mondays the way many people are only thrilled about Fridays can be the difference between enjoying our job and struggling with it whether we come to it by the love of what we do or currently doing what we love. It’s all about stepping out of our comfort zone and pushing ourselves to be more forward-thinking. Our underlying WHY is the fuel that propels us during moments when we don’t feel motivated. Remembering our personal WHY can really help us pull on our passion for what really matters to us when we need it to carry us through. Just like how Steve Jobs perfectly sums it up in this quote: The only way to do great work is to love what you do.– Steve Jobs
Know your business and industry better than anyone else in the world. Love what you do or don’t do it.
– Mark Cuban, Owner of the Dallas Mavericks
Whatever we do really matters in a big way. We have to know what we want and be willing to work hard to go after it, even if it means making more than a few sacrifices along the way. We have to be determined to learn everything there is to know about our passion and continue to gain knowledge and skills and know that there is always more to learn. We also need to remind ourselves that our cause or passion is bigger than we are and that we have to be willing to take a stand if we really do care. We need to focus on growth and development, consistently looking for better ways to improve ourselves.
Until I SEE YOU again,
Love what you do.
Do the hard things.
Be passionate and bold.
