As a company that greatly believes in our WHY and culture, we are wrapped by one goal: consistently delivering WOW!

This is why we maintain our clients and increase our sales game as our fund, launch, and grow goals are the company’s lifeblood. Our clients, whether they are in production or already live, provide us with the financial resources we need to be able to stand on our own and continue our BlessUP journey.

On the other hand, our Sales & Marketing Team are dedicated to bringing clients which usher us to potential partners. F2 is where we are in terms of our monthly client funding target and it is imperative to hit our monthly F2 Sales as our clients are our greatest ASSETS, while L2 is how effective our team is in client retention, building platforms, and delivering REAL TECH WOW. Hitting our monthly F2 & L2 targets increases the loyalty and trust value of our clients towards NaXum. Thus, an increase in our Sales and company revenue. 💰

To sum it up, our salary funds, bonuses, and commission all come from our monthly fund and launch goals.  Winning them is not just financially beneficial to each of us, they also boost our brand reputation and client’s confidence. So keep in mind that you are playing a significant role in the company, and every minute of the shift, you are making money for YOURSELF, your family, and the company.

Anne took up a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has 8 straight years of experience in the world of BPO, in which she does Customer Service, TSR, and Quality Assurance tasks. In 2015, she became an ESL Teacher specifically for BK12 students. She also become one of the top teachers in Acadsoc and later built her own ESL company alongside her husband. In September 2019, she joined NaXum and began her Tech journey as a Client Champ. Anne then advanced her seat and joined the HR&Finance team, where she enhanced her skill in doing administrative tasks and preparing financial statements and accounting.
