BlessUP Make a Difference  Thursday, business soul friends!

When F2 (Fund 2) is on track, we are increasing our clients. That means we have a lot of work to do. But how do we perceive our work? How are we dealing with work pressure?

The moment we condition our minds to be grateful because we are here working to serve our WHY, we will not catch ourselves complaining. We will appreciate the growth opportunity instead and we do not feel like we are working as we are enjoying what we are doing.

However, there are times when we feel the urge to quit.

Every champion has felt it.
Every President has felt it.
Every King has felt it.
Every Lion has felt it.
Every Winner has felt it.
Every Soldier has felt it.
Every Victorious person has felt it.
But don’t you quit!

You do make a difference! 

We may not break any ribbons and we may not get any trophies, but if we can learn how to hang on in there, we’ll be all right.

Challenges arise in any company. Part of the company’s challenges is the lack of the RIGHT People. Even if we only have a few developers on the team, if they are all linchpins, we can successfully serve our goals and WHY. 

Linchpins, people who are vital to an enterprise, do not allow unplanned work by ensuring that the DOING Tasks will not cause any 0-24 challenges and that they are honoring the company’s WHY, Core Values, and North Stars.

The RIGHT People are expected to be ALL IN in facing the company’s challenges. While waiting for the SURGE of more RIGHT PEOPLE, we also need to be the RIGHT people who can make our core goals happen no matter what.

Phoebe graduated from the University of San Jose - Recoletos (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her job experiences both in HR and BPO industry have prepared her to become one of the best fits for the Client Champ position as her job entry to NaXum. She worked as the bridge of communication between the clients and NaXum's team. While doing great in her seat as a Client Champ, she accepted the Promotion from Within opportunity. She is the first HR Champ of NaXum and served as the VP of HR's assistant in managing people and recruitment. As the company is at rapid growth, she took over the VP of HR & Finance seat when the previous VP has been promoted to a higher level seat. She took the leap of faith in jumping to the leadership team with her personal kaizen learnings. Phoebe is responsible for managing people, ensuring that NaXum has the right people who are aligned with the company's culture and has the right skill set.
